Miralloy – An electroplated alloy combination of tin, copper, zinc. The white version is the most commonly used and is referred to as “white bronze”. White Miralloy doesn’t tarnish. This process is also available in a lead-free version – which is the most commonly used variation being plated in North America. Miralloy has wide usage in the fastener, electronic, and jewelry industries and has huge potential for health care and restaurant uses. Potential uses include bed frames, countertops in hospitals and doctor’s offices, and knife racks and shelving in restaurants.
